In her role, Ms. Ellsworth will lead Lindsay Goldberg’s capital raising and investor relations efforts. Most recently, she served as Managing Director, Head of Fundraising & Investor Relations and Co-Head of GEPIF Co-Investments and Capital Formation at BlackRock. Ms. Ellsworth brings more than 35 years of capital raising, fund formation and strategy, investor relations, and marketing and communications experience to the firm.

Lindsay Goldberg also announced that John Holland joined the firm’s investment team as a Partner earlier this year. Mr. Holland primarily focuses on investments in Lindsay Goldberg’s business services vertical. Most recently, he was a Managing Director at Warburg Pincus. During Mr. Holland’s 11-year tenure at Warburg Pincus, he was responsible for deal origination, execution and portfolio management and served as a board member of multiple companies.
