The study involves gathering intelligence on user satisfaction with both product features and the experience with the vendor. Aggregated emotional response ratings are included in the areas of service, negotiation, product impact, conflict resolution, and strategy and innovation to create a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and its product – all from the software users’ point of view. MangoApps, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +89, scored top product in vendor employee directory, breadth of features, and business value created. Powell 365, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +95 was ranked highly for product strategy, rate of improvement, and ease of data integration. Asana Platform with a Net Emotional Footprint of +89 performed well on availability and quality of training, task management, and wiki support.
Kissflow Digital Workplace, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +92, ranked strongly on workflow approvals, end-user workflow customization, and vendor support. Interact, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +90, excelled in business value created, quality of features, and vendor support. Workgrid, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +92, ranked well in news feed and usability and intuitiveness.
In general, Digital Workspace software users were most satisfied with instant messaging – and were most dissatisfied with end-user workflow customization and wiki support.
