These highly experienced leaders will provide the fast-growing orthopaedics company additional expertise in Medical Technology, Information Technology and Finance.
Gwendolyn Bingham is a retired three-star General (Lieutenant General) in the United States Army. Throughout her 38-year military career, she served in a myriad of staff and command positions culminating in her role as Department of the Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Installation Management (The Pentagon) from 2016 through her retirement in 2019. Bingham holds numerous civic and military honors and was the first woman to hold numerous positions as a US Army general officer including: The Army’s 51st Quartermaster General and Commandant of the US Army Quartermaster School; Commanding General, White Sands Missile Range; and Commanding General, Tank-automotive and Armaments Life Cycle Management Command.
Karen Golz, a global financial executive who served more than 40 years with Ernst & Young, is now a member of the board and audit committee of Analog Devices, Inc., a semiconductor company. She is also senior advisor to The Boston Consulting Group’s Audit and Risk Committee. Karen is a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Board Leadership Fellow, holds Advanced Professional Director certification from the American College of Corporate Directors (ACCD) and was named a 2019 Most Influential Corporate Director by Women Inc magazine in 2020. Prior to board service, Karen was a senior leader and Global Vice Chair of Ernst & Young, where she led the global professional practice and independence groups across the globe.
Diana Nole is Executive Vice President and General Manager of Nuance Communications’ Healthcare division, which is focused on improving the overall physician-patient experience through cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) technology applications. She is responsible for all business operations, growth and innovation strategy, product development, and partner and customer relationships. She has spent more than half of her career in the healthcare IT and MedTech space, previously serving as CEO of Wolter Kluwers’ Healthcare division where she initiated and built a team of data scientists to introduce the use of AI into the portfolio of clinical decision support and referential content solutions.
