Vadgama was hired to lead Health Prime as it enters a new phase of growth, focused on customer management and continued technology innovation to lessen the administrative and financial burden on physicians.

Prior to joining Health Prime, Vadgama held the position of Executive Vice President for Global Corporate Scaling at R1 RCM in India, where he led operations, technology infrastructure, procurement, and process improvement across the company. He has more than 25 years of diverse experience in international management. Vadgama's involvement across multiple industries, operations and geographies was key for his appointment with Health Prime.
