Important Notice to Shareholders of the Company holding Shares in “D” Classes

The Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) hereby informs the relevant shareholders (the “Shareholders”) about the following change to the prospectus of the Company (the “Prospectus”).
Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Prospectus unless the context otherwise requires.
The current Prospectus provides that the Company intends to declare dividends for "D" Classes.
The Board deems it appropriate to implement the following changes to enable a more efficient management of the trading activity required by the Company to realise the proceeds required to fund dividends.
Paragraph ‘I.c: Dividend policy’ of the section entitled ‘GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE COMPANY AND THE SHARES’ of the Prospectus will therefore be amended as follows:
“For "D" Classes, the Company intends to declare dividends. Such dividends, if any, will be declared on the dates, which will be determined in the relevant Product Annex. In such a case, Shareholders will be informed in accordance with the procedure set out in section "Publication of the Net Asset Value" of the chapter "Administration of the Company" in the main part of the Prospectus. Dividends which should have been declared on a day which is not a Luxembourg Banking Day, will be accrued and declared on the next succeeding Luxembourg Banking Day. Dividends will generally be paid within 10 Luxembourg Banking Days of the date of Declaration. Dividends will be paid within the period disclosed in the dividend announcements.”
Copies of the revised Prospectus reflecting the change will be made available on the website of the Company (www.Xtrackers.com), and copies thereof may be obtained on request free of charge at the registered office of the Company or at the offices of foreign representatives, once available.
