Ms. Zhang has 10 years of experience in the financial industry, including underwriting investments, managing strategic growth initiatives, board leadership, and driving value creation across portfolio investments.

Ms. Zhang currently serves on the boards of regional broadband services provider Ritter Communications and wireless retailer CE Workforce. Prior to joining Grain, Ms. Zhang spent eight years at Morgan Stanley where she was a Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group, advising clients on M&A and strategic transactions. During her time at Morgan Stanley, she also advised clients on esoteric solutions in the Capital Markets division and helped manage capital and liquidity in the Corporate Treasury division.
In addition to Ms. Zhang, Grain made two promotions on its Investment Team, including one Vice President, Diya Berger, and one Senior Associate, Sida He.
