TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sensei Labs, creator of the leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform Conductor™, announced today that it has closed a new multi-million-dollar funding round led by Plymouth Growth.
The new capital enables Sensei Labs to accelerate its growth and product strategy and broaden its outreach to global enterprises seeking modern work tools to manage their largest and most transformational programs.
"Innovative organizations are embracing Sensei Labs’ unique people-centric, data-driven vision for the future of how enterprises will work," said Brook Critchfield, Partner at Plymouth Growth. "With growing global demand for their Conductor platform, they have an incredible running start and are entering the most exciting inflection point of their growth curve. Conductor’s proven market position as the leading collaborative work management platform makes Sensei Labs a great addition to the Plymouth Growth portfolio. We're excited to work together with the team to continue accelerating their growth."
Sensei Labs released Conductor in November 2017 and via its partner-centric business model has since rapidly scaled its business. Its award-winning SaaS platform is the only enterprise-grade platform that provides integrated project/portfolio management, collaborative work management, data/KPI management, and knowledge management in an intuitive, easy-to-use solution.
Conductor is used by some of the world’s largest companies and government agencies across five continents to manage their most critical initiatives, including transformations, procurement and supply chain operations, M&A transactions, technology delivery, and large PMOs.
"Conductor has proven to be a critical tool for strategic management and consulting firms to deliver differentiated value for their clients,” said Jay Goldman, Sensei Labs Co-Founder and CEO. “Fueling our growth is the expansion of our relationships with these firms, as well as pursuing new professional service organizations to join our rapidly growing partner program. Our platform’s capabilities offer those partners and their clients a modern way to meet the emerging work management challenges that enterprises are encountering in today’s complex, remote work world.” To meet increasing demand, the company plans to grow its team by 50% this year, with key hires already signed-on in marketing, sales, product and engineering.
Kearney, a top global management consulting firm, is a founding member of the Sensei Labs Partner Program. Kearney is a global leader in strategic transformation and operations consulting and has been working with Sensei Labs for three years. “When we combine Sensei Lab’s innovative platform and outstanding customer success operations, with the trusted strategic transformation expertise of our consultants, we consistently deliver unparalleled client service and outcomes on highly-complex, global engagements,” said Richard Forrest, Kearney Partner. “From the start, we recognized this partnership would deliver enhanced client value, and it has helped us significantly increase our new business win rate. We’re committed to growing our partnership and look forward to building on our already strong foundation.”
Sensei Labs was founded and commercialized within the Klick Group of companies, which has grown by 30-40% YoY since its establishment in 1997 and is consistently recognized with leading industry awards for its client work, workplace culture, and business management. “We’re proud of the difference Sensei Labs has made in the market and we are excited to celebrate both Sensei Labs’ success and the closing of this funding round,” said Leerom Segal, Klick Group’s Co-Founder, CEO and Chairman. “Sensei Labs has proven itself as a must-have workplace collaboration platform, and it’s now time to share its transformational way of managing large, complex programs with more partners and customers around the world.”
