DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the partnership sale of VTP Southwest LLC (dba VIC the PICC), to The Pine Street Group. The acquisition closed December 31, 2020 and details were not disclosed.
VIC the PICC, (VTP) located in Lodi, California, is a comprehensive vascular access Company providing peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) and midline insertions, peripheral venous access as well as continuing education, precepting and consulting for hospitals, long-term care, and other healthcare facilities. This is accomplished by VTP’s team of in-house staff of nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and registered vascular technologist sonographers. Prior to the acquisition, VTP was wholly owned by Chief Executive Officer Cary Catron and Chief Nursing Officer Nina Catron.
Located in Los Angeles, California, The Pine Street Group is an investment holding company focused on investing in middle and lower-middle market businesses in a variety of industries. Their primary industries of focus include healthcare services, chemicals, financials, business services, franchise businesses, media, and agriculture. They have a highly flexible mandate enabling them to invest across capital structures and deal types. The Pine Street team has experience executing well over $1 billion in transaction value with over a decade of combined experience.
