LOS ANGELES--()--Career website Comparably just released its fourth annual list of the most highly rated CEOs according to employees, with Theorem CEO Brady Brim-DeForest ranked No. 12 among Small & Mid-Size companies (500 or fewer employees).

The rankings for the Best CEO are based on anonymous employee feedback from 60,000 US-based companies, gathered throughout the 2020 calendar year. According to Theorem’s employees, Brady exemplified “a dogged focus on organizational improvement, employee satisfaction, quality of work, and maintaining Theorem’s core values.”

“A CEO’s job is rarely easy, but 2020 posed unprecedented challenges (and even a few unique opportunities). Most workplaces were rocked to their core by the Covid-19 pandemic which brought not just an abrupt transition to remote working, but also soaring unemployment and uncertain corporate financial forecasts, racial justice protests that forced once considered taboo topics to the forefront of workplace conversation and a uniquely charged and stressful political climate. Indeed, 2020 was packed with completely unforeseen challenges not covered in most executive MBA programs, and many leaders undoubtedly withered under the pressure. Arguably, this makes Comparably’s 2020 listing of Best CEOs that much more meaningful.” - Forbes.

Brady was recently featured in Authority Magazine and Thrive Global, where he discussed the key elements needed to be an effective leader during turbulent times. Brady emphasizes the importance of remaining calm: “Don’t call a disaster before it occurs or create a moment for chaos. Be thoughtful about the risks you can see and develop an action plan to mitigate them.”

“We’re delighted that Brady was nominated and recognized for this award as it stems from valuable feedback from Theorem’s own employees,” said Andrew Upah, Director of Publicity at Theorem. “Our people are at the core of our strategy, and this award is a testament to our unwavering focus on talent acquisition, development, and retention. Especially in light of the challenges 2020 has brought, this is an important benchmark of how Theorem is doing relative to our competition.”

The Best CEO award from Comparably follows other workplace recognition Theorem has received this year, including being named to Comparably’s Best Work-Life Balance and Best Professional Development lists for 2020. Beginning in 2018, Theorem has received recognition in over 13 of Comparably’s workplace award categories.
