The company named A.R. Weiler to the role of Chief Executive Officer. Beth Houck, SonarMD’s Chief Customer Officer, was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, the SonarMD Board of Directors welcomed Roy Beveridge, M.D.
Mr. Weiler brings extensive experience focused on the adoption of innovative, effective care delivery models to SonarMD as the company continues its next phase of growth. Most recently, Mr. Weiler served as CEO of Livio Health Group, a sister company of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, where he successfully led the development of a value-based, holistic care delivery service for patients with serious illness. Prior to that, Mr. Weiler was President & CEO of Healthsense, overseeing the company’s transformation and subsequent acquisition by GreatCall in 2016. He also contributed to the strategic development of Best Buy’s health business and Alphabet’s Verily and Google Health divisions. Mr. Weiler earned a degree in computer science from Harvard University.

Ms. Houck has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, strategy, business development and operations. At SonarMD, Ms. Houck has been responsible for driving outstanding payer and provider relationships during a period of rapid growth, which includes expanded partnerships with major health insurers and some of the nation’s largest integrated gastrointestinal care networks.
Dr. Beveridge is a medical oncologist who has been in practice for over 20 years. He currently serves as a Consultant with Avalere Health. Previously, he led clinical operations for Humana as the Chief Medical Officer, and prior to that, as CMO for US Oncology, part of McKesson Health Solutions.
