(NYSE: AGX) (“Argan”) announced that today its Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $1.00 per share of common stock in addition to the regular quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.25 per share of common stock, for a total declared cash dividend of $1.25 per share of common stock, payable December 29, 2020 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 21, 2020.
