Superbird Hits Shelves in Massachusetts

NEW YORK--()--As the holidays approach and demand for ready-to-drink beverages continues to grow nationwide, Casa Komos Beverage Group is bringing Superbird, a Paloma cocktail made only with natural ingredients and Tequila Blanco 100%, to Massachusetts. The New York-based venture has plans to continue to infiltrate an additional five states in early 2021. CKBG released Superbird to much acclaim in July 2020, introducing the handcrafted cocktail to customers across New Jersey, Connecticut and New York (upstate and Long Island). CKBG is seeing a steady growth in the marketplace with plans to keep that momentum going with robust expansion in the first quarter of the new year.

Superbird is a ready-to-drink handcrafted cocktail made with 4 primary natural ingredients - 100% Blue Agave Tequila, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, agave nectar, and sparkling water. Unlike the artificially-flavored beverages of the hard seltzer category, Superbird has no sugars or artificial ingredients added from the tequila distilling process to the canning, which is all done in the local Tequila appellation. Envisioned by industry innovator Richard Betts, Superbird was created after years of research to find the right spirit, locality, materials and equipment to create the best damn cocktail in a can.
