With three decades of information technology experience, Parks brings deep expertise in IT strategy, product development, infrastructure services, technology assessment, and program implementation.

Most recently Parks was the CIO at Ansira, responsible for Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Enterprise Systems and Security. Prior to that, he helped grow INVISION from 5 employees to over 120 with its technology managing $10 billion in sales and billing for the largest media companies before it was sold to Mediaocean in 2016. Parks began his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), cutting his teeth as a software developer and data architect. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
