Mr. Koester was Co-Head of the Financial Institutions Group with Houlihan Lokey and prior to that led the specialty finance practices of Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Barclays. Reinhard also was an investor with Aquiline Capital Partners and an attorney with Davis Polk.
A seasoned banker with more than 20 years of experience, Reinhard has advised on billions of dollars in financings and M&A transactions, including many significant transactions that have helped to transform the specialty finance sector.
