American Software’s Board Approves the Quarterly Cash Dividend

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--American Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSWA) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.11 per share. The dividend is payable to the Company’s Class A and Class B Shareholders of record at the close of business on February 5, 2021, to be paid on or about February 19, 2021.
