WILsquare Capital Expands Space Efficiency Platform Through Acquisition of EverBlock Systems

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WILsquare Capital, a St. Louis-based private equity firm, announced today its portfolio company, Versare Solutions, LLC, has completed the acquisition of substantially all the assets of EverBlock Systems, LLC, a leading provider of modular room partitions, building blocks and flooring based in New York, NY. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

EverBlock’s portfolio of modular systems are designed for rapid deployment and easy installation. Its EverPanel and EverBlock product lines are used to build temporary and permanent walls, room dividers and décor in a wide range of settings. The EverBlock Flooring line offers modular, interlocking flooring modules for events, tents, ice rinks and more.

Versare, based in Minneapolis, is a manufacturer of space efficiency and acoustical products, supported by its leading eCommerce platform and digital marketing capabilities. Its products are used in a wide variety of applications and settings including schools, religious organizations, offices and healthcare facilities. Versare was acquired by WILsquare Capital in 2019.

Brian Olsem, Versare’s CEO, will lead the combined business and Arnon Rosan, EverBlock’s founder, will join as Vice President.
