NationsBenefits Expands Its Operations with New West Coast Facility

The company’s new facility reinforces a commitment to innovative culture, operational efficiencies, and delivery of industry-leading solutions to keep pace with growing demand.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NationsBenefits®, LLC., a leading supplemental benefits company, is proud to announce it has expanded its operations to include a new office and distribution center strategically located in the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area. The decision to expand the company’s presence to the West Coast is an important step in the business’s growth strategy and commitment to serving national, regional, and local customers.

The new office space located at 1540 Scenic Avenue in Costa Mesa, CA, is 25,000 square feet, and it will house approximately 100 employees. The expansion enables NationsBenefits to hire additional talent in its mission to help health plans improve outcomes, and their members achieve a better quality of life through supplemental benefit solutions. It also serves ongoing business needs by further driving the company’s innovation while continuing to meet the highest level of service delivery standards.

“A West Coast location broadens our strategic and operational opportunities for current and future health plan partners and members,” says Jenn Kerfoot, Vice President of West Coast Operations. “Not only are we able to tap into a diverse recruitment pool of talented professionals, but we are establishing a presence in an area of the country that’s abundant with opportunity and potential.”

NationsBenefits focuses on using supplemental benefits to fuel its growth for customizable, cost-effective solutions in health care. The company has three distinct offerings that can be selected by health plans on a standalone basis or combined for a comprehensive program for their members:

  • NationsHearing® provides a custom hearing aid benefit and hearing services program that’s focused on driving better outcomes to improve the quality of life and decreasing costs related to associated comorbidities of hearing loss.
  • NationsOTC® provides CMS-compliant, over-the-counter benefits administration services to health plans seeking an affordable solution in supplemental OTC services and product fulfillment.
  • NationsResponse® provides a reassurance care service designed for health plans to address senior care, loneliness and social isolation with live telephone support, as well as Personal Emergency Response Services (PERS) devices that include medical alert solutions with two-way connectivity and around-the-clock monitoring for added protection in the event of an emergency.

Since its inception in 2015, NationsBenefits has been a leader in providing exceptional service delivery and technological solutions through supplemental benefits. Over the past five years, the company’s staff has grown tenfold and currently services over 20 million members annually. In March, NationsBenefits ranked No. 1 on Inc. In August, the publication announced its annual 2020 Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. NationsBenefits ranked No. 70 with three-year revenue growth of 4,677 percent.
