Quidel Announces Preliminary Revenue for Third Quarter 2020

Virtual Investor Day to Be Held on November 12th

SAN DIEGO--()--Quidel Corporation (NASDAQ: QDEL) (“Quidel”), a provider of rapid diagnostic testing solutions, cellular-based virology assays and molecular diagnostic systems, announced today that it expects revenues in the third fiscal quarter of 2020 to be in the range of $475 million to $477 million.

These preliminary results are based on management’s initial analysis of operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2020. The company expects to issue full financial results for the third quarter in late October.

Quidel to Hold Virtual Investor Day on November 12th

Quidel’s management team will hold a virtual Investor Day presentation on November 12, 2020 beginning at 8:00 am Pacific Time with a question-and-answer session scheduled immediately following the management presentation.
