Caregiver Inc. announced today that it has acquired Pine Ridge-Pine Village Inc. in Williamsburg. With this recent acquisition, Caregiver is able to deliver quality care to more individuals living in the state.
Pine Ridge-Pine Village Inc., established 30 years ago, provides residential, day habilitation, non-medical transportation, and supported living services to more than 80 individuals throughout Clermont, Brown, and Adams counties. Caregiver Chief Development Officer Gary Nettis says the purchase of Pine Ridge-Pine Village will serve as the anchor for the company’s expansion into Southern Ohio.

Fort Worth-based Caregiver closed on the acquisition on August 21 marking the company’s seventh acquisition in Ohio since 2018 and its seventeenth purchase since 2015. The company now operates in Texas, Ohio, Tennessee, Indiana, and Georgia.
