World Insurance Associates Acquires Maximum Benefit Insurance Agency Inc. of New Jersey

TINTON FALLS, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--World Insurance Associates LLC (WIA), a Top 100 Insurance Agency, announced today that it acquired Maximum Benefit Insurance Agency, Inc. of Saddle Brook, New Jersey on August 1, 2020. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1994, Maximum Benefit Insurance Agency, Inc. is a property and casualty full-service agency committed to providing its clients with the most affordable rates for the best policy coverages. The company specializes in providing personal auto, homeowners, and personal package, among others.
