SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Data from more than 10,000 users of Vida Health shows that people are significantly more health-conscious since the outbreak of COVID-19 began.
Vida Health, a virtual care platform that empowers individuals to transform their lives through better health, looked at thousands of data points for exercise minutes, food logs, mood tracking, sleep minutes, and the number of sessions they had with their health coach to see how people were treating their health in recent months. The data show a meaningful increase in healthy activity since the onset of the pandemic in early March.
