NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Envision Healthcare, one of the country’s leading medical groups, announced today the addition of two accomplished financial and legal executives to its leadership team. Wessel C. “Wes” Booysen joins the medical group as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective July 13, 2020. Ilene Moore will assume the role of Senior Vice President and General Counsel effective August 1, 2020.
The appointments, which deepen Envision’s senior management team led by Chief Executive Officer Jim Rechtin, follow the addition of Chan Chuang, MD, FCCP, FACP, as the medical group’s first national Chief Medical Officer earlier this year. Booysen, Moore and Dr. Chuang will all report directly to Rechtin.

Booysen CPA, CA, previously served as Managing Director and CEO for Molson Coors Beverage Company for Asia Pacific and Africa. Before that, he spent five years as CFO of Molson Coors International where he built a globally based finance team responsible for overseeing Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Investor Relations, SEC Reporting, Internal Controls, Mergers and Acquisitions and growth strategy across more than 70 countries. He succeeds Teresa Sparks, who will remain an advisor to Envision, ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities.

She was previously General Counsel for DaVita Medical Group and before that with the Medical Groups of Kaiser Permanente. Moore will succeed Craig Wilson who is transitioning from the General Counsel role after 20 years with Envision.
