Comcast Opens New Xfinity Store in Spokane Valley and Remodels Retail Location on Division Street

SPOKANE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Comcast will open a new Xfinity store in Spokane Valley tomorrow at the Evergreen Crossing Shopping Center and is remodeling its existing retail location in Spokane as part of a more than $4 million brick and mortar retail investment in Washington. The new store is located at 13826 East Indiana Avenue – Ste. 100, Spokane Valley WA 99216, and the existing retail location at 4423 North Division St, Spokane, WA 99207 will be closed for remodeling, July 7 through late summer.

Comcast has been transforming its retail centers across Washington to make the customer experience better and more convenient. These new stores are designed entirely around the needs of customers, providing them with an opportunity to explore, learn and interact directly with the latest Xfinity products and services.

Customers at the new Xfinity retail store will find a welcoming and modern retail environment that highlights the complete line of Xfinity Home and Comcast Business technology offerings, including Xfinity Mobile, Xfinity X1, Xfinity Home and Xfinity Internet. New Xfinity Mobile customers can access 5G when they sign up for service. Spokane is among 34 major U.S. cities to receive Xfinity Mobile 5G service.

In addition to offering Comcast’s industry-leading consumer products and services, the new Spokane Valley store provides local residents with a second retail location to receive customer support, turn in used equipment, pay their bill and more.

For local businesses interested in the latest in internet and technology solutions, the store will have a dedicated space for Comcast Business customers and prospects to discuss their business technology needs with an expert.

The new Xfinity retail store is the latest example of the company’s investment made in Washington state. Comcast invested approximately $2 billion in its network technology and infrastructure statewide in the past six years. The new store will bring the total number of Xfinity stores in Washington to 25 by the end of 2020.
