BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Quorum Health Corporation (the “Company”) has received Court approval of its prepackaged plan to recapitalize the business. The decision paves the way for the Company to complete its financial reorganization and successfully emerge from Chapter 11. The Company expects the Court to enter the final order soon and expects to emerge from bankruptcy in early July.
Upon emergence, Quorum Health will reduce its debt by approximately $500 million.
