MedX Announces Executive Changes

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario--()--MedX Health Corp. (“MedX”) (MDX – TSXV), announced today that President and CEO Scott Spearn has resigned for family reasons, effective immediately. Rob von der Porten, Chairman of the Board, has been named interim Executive Chair. Mr. Spearn will also be retiring from the Board at or prior to the next AGM. The Board will commence a search for suitable candidates to take on the CEO position.
