CarMax Announces First Quarter Conference Call and Annual Meeting Information

RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CarMax, Inc. (NYSE:KMX) will report its financial results for the first quarter ending May 31, 2020, before the market opens on June 19, 2020, and it will host a conference call with investors at 9:00 a.m. ET to discuss these results.

Participants on the call will include Bill Nash, president and CEO, Tom Reedy, executive vice president, finance and Enrique Mayor-Mora, senior vice president, CFO. The CarMax 2020 annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Tuesday, June 23, beginning at 1:00 p.m. ET. In light of the public health concerns and restrictions resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, this year our annual shareholders meeting will be held virtually and there will be no in-person meeting location.
