RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tredegar Corporation (NYSE:TG) will hold its 2020 annual meeting of shareholders virtually due to the public health impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The annual meeting will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. EDT. Shareholders will not be able to attend in person; however, registered shareholders of record as of close of business on March 20, 2020 will be able to vote and ask questions during the meeting through an online platform.
Attending the Virtual Meeting
Shareholders can attend the virtual meeting by accessing www.meetingcenter.io/238113553. They will need their 15-digit control number listed on their Notice or proxy card previously sent and the password TG2020. While we strongly encourage shareholders to vote their shares prior to the annual meeting, registered shareholders may vote during the meeting by following the instructions available on the online platform during the meeting.
If registered shareholders attending the virtual meeting wish to submit a question during the meeting, they may click on the dialog icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Pertinent questions will be answered during the meeting, subject to time constraints.
Guests can attend the meeting in listen-only mode by logging in as noted above and entering the information requested on the screen. Please note that attendees will not have the ability to ask questions or vote during the meeting if they participate as a guest. All participants are encouraged to log in 15 minutes before the start of the meeting.
