In his role as CRO, Weisbecker will be in charge of optimizing H Code’s sales and marketing processes, identifying and creating new revenue opportunities, and diversifying sales channels. As Vice President of People, Bertmer will be responsible for driving organizational development and fostering a positive company culture during a time when it is needed the most.

In his previous role, he was responsible for managing national partnerships across the Media, Sports, and Entertainment verticals at Epsilon, a leader in interaction management at Publicis Groupe’s core. Weisbecker also led efforts to expand sales efforts for Video, OTT and Connected Television. He brings extensive experience in driving revenue and managing sales teams while at NBCUniversal, Amazon, and AOL.

Bertmer also brings experience from working with leading brands in the U.S., including Snap Inc., Hulu, and Virgin America.
