KKR prices additional $250,000,000 of its 3.750% Senior Notes due 2029

NEW YORK--()--KKR & Co. Inc. (“KKR”) (NYSE: KKR) today announced that it has priced an offering of $250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 3.750% Senior Notes due 2029 (the “new notes”) issued by KKR Group Finance Co. VI LLC (“Finance Co.”), its indirect subsidiary. The new notes offered will be issued as additional notes under the indenture pursuant to which Finance Co. previously issued $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 3.750% Senior Notes due 2029 (the “existing notes”) on July 1, 2019. The new notes will be treated as a single series with the existing notes under the indenture and will have substantially the same terms as the existing notes. The new notes are to be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by KKR & Co. Inc. and its subsidiary, KKR Group Partnership L.P. KKR intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the new notes for general corporate purposes.

The new notes will be offered and sold to qualified institutional buyers in the United States pursuant to Rule 144A and outside the United States pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”).

The new notes have not been registered under the Securities Act or any state securities laws and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act and applicable state laws.
