HANGZHOU, China--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MOGU Inc. (NYSE: MOGU) (“MOGU” or the “Company”), a leading online fashion and lifestyle destination in China, today announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Helen Ting Wu, has resigned from her position at the Company due to personal reasons, effective March 31, 2020. Ms. Wu’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company.

The Company’s financial department and investor relations function will continue operating normally after Ms. Wu’s departure.
