(NYSE: NLY) (“Annaly” or the “Company”) declared the first quarter 2020 common stock cash dividend of $0.25 per common share. This dividend is payable April 30, 2020, to common shareholders of record on March 31, 2020. The ex-dividend date is March 30, 2020.
