SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Frazier Healthcare Partners announced today that Tanya Hayes, a human capital expert with deep experience building infrastructure to scale middle-market companies, has joined the Growth Buyout team as an Executive Partner. Ms. Hayes and the Frazier human capital team are focused on building the most comprehensive human capital solution set in private equity by driving a range of organizational development efforts including organizational due diligence, recruitment, talent assessment, executive coaching, and performance management programs.
Ms. Hayes has over 20 years of global HR management and process improvement experience in healthcare, technology and consumer packaged goods. This includes increasing levels of responsibility including a focus on talent and culture transformation at companies including Hospira, PharMEDium, Dyson, Inc., AMETEK (NYSE: AME), and Sara Lee. Prior to joining Frazier, she founded her own talent development consulting firm while serving as the interim Chief People Officer for Matrix Medical Network, a Frazier portfolio company.
