WELLESLEY, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Harvard Pilgrim Health Care today announced that for the eighth consecutive year it received a perfect score of 100 percent on the Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) workplace equality. Harvard Pilgrim ranks among more than 600 other companies that earned top marks on this year’s index, and the designation of being a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.”

The 2020 CEI, which is administered by the Human Rights Campaign, evaluated LGBTQ-related policies and practices based on three key pillars including: non-discrimination policies across business entities, equitable benefits for LGBTQ workers and their families, and supporting an inclusive culture and corporate social responsibility.
