LAKE FOREST, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Trustmark Mutual Holding Company, a national employee benefits provider, has selected Britt Lindley as its new Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Bradley Bodell, Chief Information Officer, made the announcement.

Lindley has more than three decades of experience in Information Security and IT. For the last nine years, he served as a VP and CISO for Thrivent Financial, a Fortune 500 not-for-profit financial services organization. Prior to Thrivent, he held IT leadership positions with Schneider National, Marconi Communications, PNC Bank and ANSYS, Inc.
Lindley served in the U.S. Army National Guard from 1988-2004. He was awarded the Bronze Star in 2003 during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1982 to 1986.
Lindley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Point Park College in Pittsburgh. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and also a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
