Klick Health Named an Ad Age Best Place to Work For 2nd Consecutive Year

Company ranked a top 10 large agency; continues momentum after year of attracting more of the industry’s best talent and winning 11 Best Workplaces awards

NEW YORK & TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Klick Health was again ranked one of the best large marketing, media, and advertising companies to work at across North America, according to Ad Age, which today published its 2020 list of Best Places to Work. The list is based on both employee and employer survey results examining a wide range of criteria, including employee benefits, company culture, company environment, employee perks, employee development, and employee engagement. Klick was ranked 6th in the 201+ employee category.

“Being named an Ad Age Best Place to Work for the second year in a row means a lot to us and we’re thrilled to be in the top 10,” said Klick Executive Vice President Glenn Zujew. “It reaffirms the importance of putting your people first and building a culture based on things like kindness, empathy and trust. We think it’s one of the differences that makes a huge difference at Klick and we couldn’t be happier or more appreciative to Klicksters for contributing to our family-like culture and phenomenal business growth.”

With its unique and steadfast people-centric focus, Klick is unlike other agencies. Its Klick Experience (KLIX) team is dedicated to proactively helping foster culture and engagement across the organization through special events, celebrations, personal interest clubs and surprise-and-delight moments. Popular KLIX initiatives include Little Klickster Day, International Day of Happiness (puppies in the office are among the highlights), and its monthly Klick Café vlog.

Over the last year, Klick has updated its onboarding program, extended its KlickU management training program, and expanded its workspaces. It created “A Year of Klick 2019,” a personalized, 130-page hardcover yearbook-meets-annual report that brings its workplace culture and experience to life as a tangible, memorable keepsake of Klicksters’ accomplishments.

Klick is also known for its strong philanthropic support of Klicksters’ favorite charities. The company conducts regular pay fairness reviews, maternity and parental leave top-ups, flexible childcare options, complimentary on-site fitness and wellness programs, diversity and inclusion programming, mentoring for parents and caregivers, and access to work/life balance counseling services among its standard benefits.

Today’s news comes after the independent agency won a record 11 Best Workplace awards in 2019, including Great Places to Work, Best Workplaces for Women, Best Workplaces in Healthcare, Ad Age’s Best Workplaces and Fast Company’s Best Workplaces for Innovators. It also follows significant double-digit growth and major senior hires that include Chief Creative Officer Rich Levy, Chief Brand Strategy Officer Carl Turner, Managing Director Dan Drexler, Executive Vice President of Technology and Media, Kamran Shah, and Senior Vice President of Media Dave Leitner.
