Mahreen’s presence on the Executive Team is both a function of the high performing People Services organization that has matured under Mahreen’s leadership and Excella’s desire to reinforce the importance of People programs and services to support the employee experience.

Mahreen joined Excella in 2014 as a Senior HR Specialist, taking the helm as the Director of HR in 2016. Throughout her tenure, she envisioned and led a diverse portfolio of initiatives including diversity and inclusion, performance management, career-pathing and development, leadership development and workforce analytics. She oversaw the implementation of an award-winning leadership development program to promote a leadership culture across Excella that inspires leaders to engage, motivate, and develop employees. In her new role, Mahreen will continue overseeing Human Resources, Recruiting and Resource Management and Employee Engagement and Communications while ensuring executive priorities and decision making consistently consider the people impact and programs continually enhance the exceptional career experience for Excellians.
