Cosner is a market leader in the Indiana marketplace and has built a fantastic reputation for providing a premium quality product along with superior customer service. The acquisition strengthens Arctic Glacier’s presence in the Midwest and partnering with some of the best companies and management in the industry. The transaction represents the 8th acquisition for Arctic Glacier in 2019 and 21st acquisition in the last three years. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
