SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Figma, a web-based design collaboration platform, today announced the appointment of Lynn Vojvodich as the newest independent member of the company’s Board of Directors.
Ms. Vojvodich is an experienced leader who has built, grown and transformed businesses for more than 20 years. She served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Salesforce.com and was a partner at Andreessen Horowitz where she helped portfolio companies accelerate their go-to-market strategies.
“We conducted an exhaustive search and are pleased to share that Lynn will be joining our Board. Lynn’s proven track record in transforming high-growth, cloud-based businesses, coupled with her interest in product design, aligns perfectly with our vision — to make design accessible to all,” said Dylan Field, co-founder and CEO of Figma. “Lynn will be an invaluable source of guidance for us as we continue to deepen relationships with existing clients and accelerate our growth efforts.”
“Figma has fundamentally reshaped design with its collaborative, cloud-based tools and passionate user community. In fact, many of the companies I advise use Figma to achieve a faster, more inclusive product design process,” said Ms. Vojvodich. “I’m thrilled to join Figma’s Board and look forward to working with Dylan and his leadership team during the company’s next phase of growth.”
Prior to Salesforce and Andreessen Horowitz, Ms. Vojvodich held marketing leadership roles at global enterprise software companies, including Microsoft, BEA Systems (acquired by Oracle) and Terracotta (acquired by Software AG). She currently serves on the boards of directors of Dell Technologies, Ford Motor Company, Booking Holdings, and Looker Data Sciences. She holds a B.S. in Product Design and Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
