McKINNEY, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Soleo Health, an innovative leader in specialty infusion services, announced today its acquisition of Paragon Infusion Therapy's pharmacy business, located in Dayton, Ohio.
Paragon, through its Dayton pharmacy location, provides specialty pharmacy services to patients throughout Southeast Ohio and statewide in both Indiana and Kentucky.
The acquisition of Paragon’s infusion pharmacy expands Soleo Health’s national footprint of 20 pharmacies nationwide, broadens its geographic reach and complements the Company’s Columbus, Ohio location and Midwest presence.
With years of industry experience and success, Paragon Principals Aaron Braden and Brad Manning, along with the entire Paragon team, will join Soleo Health to further strengthen its leading regional market position.
