“FIC Restaurants, Inc., which owns and operates Friendly’s restaurants, is an entirely separate entity apart from Dean Foods. They do not share common ownership. Dean Foods has manufactured and sold Friendly’s brand ice cream since 2016 and serves as a supplier to Friendly’s restaurants. The Dean Foods bankruptcy filing is not expected to have any impact on the operations of Friendly’s restaurants.”
