MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Miami Division announced its ruling on MONAT Global Corp’s (MONAT) motion to dismiss a class action lawsuit against the company, granting a partial victory.
Judge Darrin P. Gayles struck down a claim from the plaintiffs for injunctive relief. Though Judge Gayles denied MONAT’s motion to dismiss the case altogether, he did acknowledge the “plaintiffs might have a difficult time proving that the Products, and not a pre-existing medical condition or simple aging, caused their injuries.”
