The prestigious certification is the culmination of TechStyle Fashion Group’s longstanding efforts to establish a culture guided by three key pillars: Innovation, Drive, and One Team.

The Best Workplaces ranking was based on employees’ anonymous assessment of TechStyle Fashion Group’s culture, management and opportunities for advancement, among other areas. Feedback was gathered through the Trust Index© survey used to compile a Great Place to Work® Review. Eighty-five percent of eligible employees responded to the survey. According to the study, 85 percent of employees surveyed take great pride in working at TechStyle Fashion Group, deeming it one of the country’s best places to work.
Additional highlights from the findings included:
- 89 percent said TechStyle makes new employees feel welcome
- 88 percent said they are proud to tell others they work at TechStyle
- 87 percent said they feel a sense of pride for TechStyle’s accomplishments
- 86 percent said TechStyle provides the resources and equipment to do their job
Employees shared numerous examples that make the employee experience at TechStyle unique, ranging from perks and benefits, to TechStyle’s overall company culture. Some examples include:
