The combination of the two companies will further extend Imperial Dade’s reach into key Northeast markets and enhance the company’s offering to customers in the region. It is the 24th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, CEO and President of Imperial Dade, respectively. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Warminster, Pa., Philip Rosenau Co. is a family-owned and operated wholesale distribution business providing janitorial, sanitation, packaging and foodservice disposable products to customers across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland.
