The Campbell Soup Foundation Announces $1.5 Million in Grants to Strengthen and Empower Healthy Communities

Five North Carolina-based Organizations to Receive Grants

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--()--Campbell Soup Company (NYSE: CPB) today announced more than $1.5 million in grants to 22 organizations as part of the Campbell Soup Foundation’s annual grantmaking cycle and Campbell’s Healthy Communities, the company’s signature philanthropic program. The grantees include five organizations with operations in North Carolina where Campbell has a significant presence, including a Meals & Beverages manufacturing facility in Maxton and a Snacks operations center in Charlotte.

The Campbell Soup Foundation’s grantmaking focuses on three key areas: increasing healthy food access; encouraging healthy living; and nurturing Campbell neighborhoods. In addition to financial support, we are proud of our strong volunteer engagement program that supports our community partners in a variety of ways. Congratulations to this year’s outstanding recipients who are making a significant impact in their local communities.”
