PORTLAND, Maine--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Foreside Financial Group, LLC (“Foreside”), a provider of regulatory and compliance service offerings to clients in the global asset management industry, today announced its acquisition of Compliance Advisory Services (“CAS”), a leading regional financial institution consulting firm.
The acquisition expands Foreside’s footprint in the U.S. and captures additional market share. The firm already enjoys a national presence, headquartered in Maine with offices in New York, Boston, Berwyn and Columbus, Londonderry, Concord, and Delray Beach.
“At Foreside, we’re committed to putting our clients first.
