SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Levi Strauss & Co. (NYSE: LEVI) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase to its previously declared 2019 fourth quarter dividend to $0.15 per share, an increase of approximately $4 million dollars, or 7 percent, to the previously announced dividend payment of $55 million.
The dividend was previously declared on January 30, 2019, and is payable on October 17, 2019, to both Class A and Class B common stock shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 5, 2019.
