Cross Campus Debuts New Beverly Hills Location at 8200 Wilshire Blvd. – Opening September 16

Beverly Hills opening – in a 30,000-square-foot building formerly headquarters of Death Row Records – marks the coworking operator’s seventh location

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--()--Cross Campus, Southern California’s leading coworking operator, announced today the grand opening of Cross Campus Beverly Hills on September 16. Located at 8200 Wilshire Boulevard, at the intersection with San Vincente Blvd., Cross Campus occupies the entire 30,000-square-foot, three-story building.

Cross Campus has completed a top-to-bottom renovation, transforming the building into an open and socially engaging work environment offering 48 private offices of various sizes as well as desk options for individuals for a total of nearly 400 desks. The glass-clad building allows for abundant natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows offering views from Beverly Hills to the iconic Hollywood sign. The building also offers on-site, gated valet parking. Cross Campus leased the building, which is best known as the former headquarters of Death Row Records, from Freemont Capital Group.

“Properties like this, a boutique office building with a prominent location in Beverly Hills, don’t often become available. Master leasing the entire building gives us the flexibility to create the singular workplace experience that is the hallmark of our brand,” said Cross Campus CEO and co-founder Ronen Olshansky.

Cross Campus Beverly Hills delivers the company’s carefully crafted workspace that provides an optimal environment for both focused creation and social engagement. Cross Campus applies its specific workplace design standards and in-demand amenities with high-touch services and an array of programming.

The building’s interior blends design styles ranging from Italian modernism to classic Scandinavian in a manner that is playful yet sophisticated. All furniture and lighting fixtures were designed and manufactured to Cross Campus’ brand specifications, with a custom art program throughout. The building’s penthouse is a common area for members to facilitate informal gatherings and is available as an event space. The expansive roof deck offers a variety of lounge areas, serves as another option for workspace and also can be used for events. Like other Cross Campus locations, Beverly Hills will provide members regular opportunities to build relationships through business, health and wellness, and mindfulness themed event programming.

“Cross Campus tailors its spaces to the community in which it is located as well as to the building’s footprint. We have specific design standards based on our experience and on the feedback from our members, but ours is not a cookie-cutter approach,” noted Olshansky

Cross Campus Beverly Hills is the company’s seventh location. It also operates locations in Santa Monica, Downtown Los Angeles, Pasadena, El Segundo, San Diego and Scottsdale, Arizona. Cross Campus provides work and meeting space for approximately 3,000 members with a footprint of 230,000 square feet.
