FAIRMONT, W.Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: MVBF) (“MVB”) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share payable on September 15, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 1, 2019.
This is the third quarterly dividend for 2019 and includes a 25% increase as compared to the previous quarter dividend payout.
