HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Holiday Inn® – Houston Intercontinental Airport hotel has announced that it will renovate and re-imagine the onsite dining to Blue Dixie Kitchen -- a new Southern-inspired restaurant -- as part of a multimillion-dollar renovation underway at the 414-room hotel.

BDK BBQ Sauce and Dishes: The signature BDK BBQ Sauce will be featured on the Pulled Pork, Slow-Roasted Ribs and Beef Brisket. Available as a side dipping sauce or purchase to go.

Blue Dixie Kitchen is replacing Good Eats Grill and is part of an extensive renovation at the Holiday Inn – Houston Intercontinental Airport property. The hotel and restaurant will remain open during renovations, which are set to be completed by late 2019.
