MISSISSAUGA, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Trix cereal is finally returning to Canadian store shelves for good after a long hiatus and will be available in the ‘90s Classic Trix Fruity Shapes! While Trix was brought back to Canada for some limited runs in the last few years, this is the first time it will be back on shelves permanently since 2005.

Trix first debuted the fruity shapes in Canada in 1994, establishing its place in ‘90s pop culture history, especially among kids growing up in this era. Discontinued as a permanent item in 2005, Trix became available to Canadian fans only as a limited time offer up until its most recent run in 2016. This summer marks the official return of Trix cereal in its iconic fruity shapes to Canadian shelves and the 60th birthday the iconic Trix Rabbit!
Fortified with nine vitamins and minerals and made from whole grain, Classic Trix Fruity Shapes is the only fruity cereal with unique, fruity shape pieces in every mouthful.
